REFLEX SEMI Europe was formed by Michael Carey who, with 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry, has worked for semiconductor equipment manufacturers who included stepper, track, and wet bench producers.

Holding a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and an Honours Masters in Project Management (PMI), he has worked in the US, mainland Europe, as well as the UK and Ireland..

More recently he worked for Akrion*, covering their European customer sites.
